In 2011-12 the Government launched its Pupil Premium funding. This money is allocated to initiatives to ensure pupils reach their full potential, both academically and socially.
The money is sent to schools based on the numbers of their pupils who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM). From 2012-13, the scheme was expanded to include all children who have been eligible for FSM within the last 6 years.
In 2016/2017 the school received £14,940
Below is a summary of how the money was spent and its impact.
Below is further information about the way the money is to be spent in 2017/2018 and a historical review of the achievement of pupils in the school over the past three years.
