During our trip to Aylmerton, really Patterson’s Lodge, we were visited by people from an animal rescue centre and got to hold (touch) the animals, mostly. We saw a tortoise, baby tawny owl, raven, barn owl, hedgehog, giant snake and a few more. The raven was loose and destroying paper tissues! The snake felt scaly and freaky. This was on the last day so we then went home. We were given each a memory stone to remember our trip by. It was amazing and I would do it again if I could.
