Last week House Captains and Vice Captains gathered words, from children in their houses, to describe friendship. They wrote these on coloured strips of material which they then hung from our ‘Friendship Tree’ (The Yew tree in our front garden). Our vegetable patch is overflowing at present thanks to Class 1 and Miss Foote’s parents. We have had such a great harvest that Mrs. Osborne, the cook, has been able to extend what we can offer on the salad bar at lunchtime. Excellent work Class 1

There were a number of children awarded stickers and wristbands in assembly on Friday. We also had quite a few who were achieving out of school, with running and swimming awards. Well done to everyone!
